Our roasting team are pleased to bring you a new coffee to the fray for the month of August
NICARAGUA Monte Verde micro-lot.
 
A specially prepared micro-lot from a farm that has been a member of the Fair Trade cooperative PRODECOOP since 1993. 
This coffee has been specially prepared and sorted and is beautifully clean and delicate. Notes of honey, light caramel, malt and sweet lemon.
Monte Verde details/cupping notes

The cooperative of Monte Verde consists of 65 small producers, and is located in northern Nicaragua, in the Community of Los Llanos, 202 kilometers from Managua, in the municipality of Pueblo Nuevo.
