Roasting Process

Ozone Coffee Roasters approaches roasting coffee as a hands-on craft and science.
Great coffee roasting is a balance of timing, temperature, airflow and intuition along with a knowledge of a coffees density, moisture levels and charcteristics.

We roast on a classic 1975 PROBAT roaster constructed of thick, quality cast metal which provides us with excellent control, accuracy and consistency and ultimately bring out the flavours and charcteristics of our carefully selected coffees.

Our experienced roasting team have the knowledge, skills and equipment to roast world-class coffee.
